√ We recommend that you change your portal password by clicking "Change Password" under the "Hello" menu. Your portal password is independent of your email password or other passwords established on Tela.com or Telapowered.com. If you forget your portal password, you can click the "Forgot Password?" button on the portal login page to receive a password reset link email.
√ Important account notifications are found under the "Notifications" link at the top of the portal home page.
√ New feature announcements and other service updates are found in the "Recent News" panel.
√ Information about using the portal features and other services is found in the "Knowledge base" area under the "Support" menu.
√ You can use the portal to manage your account details and company contacts, view invoices, make payments, access our support and knowledge base area, review and manage your services, and open support tickets.
NOTE: it is important to keep your account information up to date as we will use the primary account contact email address on file to send notifications on account activity, service and domain renewals, and invoice and payment information, as well as password recovery emails.
We will be adding new features to the portal in the future. We will send you email announcements when there are significant updates.
We would like to send occasional marketing emails about our service offerings. You can opt-out of marketing emails under the "Join our mailing list" area under "Hello" -> "Account Details". We do not share your information with any third parties.
If you are not the primary account contact for your company, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or forward this email to your company's primary contact so they can update the account information in the portal.
